Andrews & Springer LLC, as co-lead counsel, has negotiated a $25.5 million proposed cash settlement (the “Settlement”) on behalf of former stockholders of Diamond Resorts, Inc. (“Diamond Resorts” or the "Company").
The proposed Settlement resolves claims brought by former Diamond Resorts stockholders who challenged the sale of the Company to affiliates of private equity firm Apollo Global Management, LLC.
