On February 27, 2020, the Delaware Court of Chancery denied the motion to dismiss of Bruce L. Lev, David McGough and Michael R. Stanfield ("Defendants"), former directors and/or executives of Intersections, Inc. ("Intersections"). Plaintiff's Complaint alleges that Defendants breached their fiduciary duties in connection with Intersections' going-private merger with joint venture WC SACD One, Inc.
