Andrews & Springer LLC, as co-lead counsel, has negotiated a $100 million proposed cash settlement (the “Settlement”) on behalf of Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (f/k/a NCI Building Systems, Inc.)(together, the "Company") and stockholders of the Company.
The proposed Settlement resolves claims brought by Company stockholders who challenged the November 2018 merger of the Company with Ply Gem Parent, LLC.
