Dara Cupingood joined Andrews & Springer in 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience as a Delaware litigation paralegal. Her career has focused on complex commercial and corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery.
Dara has extensive experience supporting attorneys at every stage of litigation, from case inception through resolution, including settlement, trial, and appeal. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she anticipates attorneys’ needs and manages the demands of high-stakes litigation.
Dara also serves as the company’s office manager, overseeing daily administrative operations and helping the firm run smoothly. She brings the same care and organization to managing the office as she does to supporting litigation matters.
Dara earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and is a longtime member of the Delaware Paralegal Association. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, jogging in nature, and rooting for Philly sports teams.
