Jacob Jeifa is an Associate at Andrews & Springer LLC. He is licensed to practice law in Delaware and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Jacob graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law School in 2022. While attending law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery and worked as a Legal Intern in the Office of Legal Counsel for the Office of Governor John Carney.
An Early Interest in Business
Jacob graduated from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics in 2016. During that time, he served as research assistant to Charles M. Elson at the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.
While attending the University of Delaware, Jacob founded TenantU Services, Inc., a rental management and marketing platform for the student housing industry. He served as CEO, leading the company’s product development and marketing efforts and raising money from external investors before exiting in 2017 and beginning law school.
