Andrews & Springer Files a Class Action Lawsuit on behalf of Rentrak Corporation’s stockholders

Andrews & Springer LLC filed a shareholder class action complaint on behalf of Rentrak Corporation’s (“Rentrak”) stockholders in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, Multnomah County, civil action number 15CV27429.

The complaint alleges that the Rentrak Board breached its fiduciary duties in connection with the merger between Rentrak and comScore, in which comScore acquired all of Rentrak’s shares for a stock-for-stock transaction for insufficient consideration.
