Andrews & Springer LLC Defeats Motion to Dismiss Claims Against Former Directors and Officers of Intersections, Inc.

On February 27, 2020, the Delaware Court of Chancery denied the motion to dismiss of Bruce L. Lev, David McGough and Michael R. Stanfield (“Defendants”), former directors and/or executives of Intersections, Inc. (“Intersections”). Plaintiff’s Complaint alleges that Defendants breached their fiduciary duties in connection with Intersections’ going-private merger with joint venture WC SACD One, Inc.
