Andrews & Springer LLC Files A Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Sears Holdings Corporation Against Edward Lampert

The law firm of Andrews & Springer LLC filed a class action complaint against Edward Lampert for breach of fiduciary duty arising out of Sears’ recent announcement where the Company announced it would spin-off several hundred real estate properties to Seritage Growth Properties, a REIT controlled by Sears’ CEO and controlling shareholder Edward Lampert.
