Andrew J. Peach

Counsel

Andrew is Counsel at Andrews & Springer LLC focusing primarily on litigating cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control and fiduciary duties.

Before joining the Firm, Andrew was formerly associated with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. and Abrams & Bayliss LLP where he represented companies, directors, officers and stockholders in high profile disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

In law school, Andrew was a Dillard Fellow, as well as the recipient of the Margaret G. Hyde Award in recognition of his "scholarship, character, personality, and activities in the affairs of the school." He is a frequent guest lecturer at area schools on topics in law, philosophy, and religion.

Andrew has been recognized by Super Lawyers among the top lawyers in the country. For 2021 and 2022 Andrew has been recognized by Best Lawyers as a "Ones To Watch" for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Order of the Coif, (J.D. 2012). While in law school, Andrew served as Senior Review Editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review.

Andrew also received his Ph.D. from The Catholic University of America, with honors (Ph.D. Philosophy 2003) and his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, magna cum laude (B.A. Theology 1990), Phi Beta Kappa. While at Georgetown, Andrew received the Brennan Medal for his academic studies in Theology. 

Andrew is licensed to practice law in Delaware and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
