Andrew Peach is Counsel at Andrews & Springer LLC. He is licensed to practice law in Delaware and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He represents stockholders in high-profile disputes involving corporate governance, corporate control, and fiduciary duties. 

Andrew graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012, where he was awarded the Margaret G. Hyde Award for “scholarship, character, personality, activities in the affairs of the school and promise of efficiency” and made a member of the Order of the Coif.  Prior to Andrews & Springer, he worked for two major Delaware defense firms for over a decade.  During 2024-2025, he clerked for Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery. 

Esteemed by his peers in the corporate legal industry, Andrew has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the top corporate attorneys in the country. He was included on the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” list for mergers and acquisitions in 2021 and 2022.  

Andrew’s background is unique. He earned a B.A. in Theology from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, in 1990 and then a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America in 2003.  He was a philosophy and theology teacher/professor for 15 years. His background in theology and philosophy allows him to bring a broader perspective to the legal issues his clients face. 

Andrew is a Member of the Legal Humanities Advisory Board, Collegium Institute for Catholic Thought and Culture at the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as a guest lecturer on theology, philosophy, and law at area schools, including Archmere Academy, Salesianum School, St. Ann School, and St. Mary Magdalen School. He is a founding member of the Fellowship of St. Joseph, a men’s group based at St. Ann’s Church in Wilmington.
