Jacob Jeifa

Associate

Jacob is an Associate at Andrews & Springer LLC. Jacob's practice consists of prosecuting merger and acquisition and derivative cases on behalf of stockholders in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Jacob graduated Penn State Dickinson Law School in May 2022. In 2020, Jacob served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Jacob also served as an intern to the Office of the State Inspector General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Before law school, Jacob graduated from the University of Delaware from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics (B.S. 2016). During college, Jacob served as a research assistant to Charles M. Elson and the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance. While attending the University of Delaware, Jacob founded TenantU Services, Inc. (“TenantU”), a rental management and marketing platform for the student housing industry. Jacob served as CEO of TenantU where he led the company’s product development and marketing efforts and also raised money from external investors before successfully exiting in 2017.

Jacob is currently licensed to practice law in Delaware.
