On September 20, 2019, the Delaware Court of Chancery denied the motion to dismiss of defendants (and Tesla board members) Robyn M. Denholm, Antonio J. Gracias, James Murdoch, Linda Johnson Rice, Brad W. Buss, Ira Ehrenpreis, Steve Jurvetson, Kimbal Musk and Elon Musk.  Plaintiff's complaint (which can be accessed here) alleges claims to hold certain Tesla board members, along with Elon Musk, liable for breaching their fiduciary duties in connection with awarding Musk a compensation worth up to $55.8 billion, billions higher than any other CEO-founder.
